The REVIVALIST COCKTAILS

 

BLUEBERRY MOJITO

Tall Cocktail Glass

 

Garnish prep:

Blueberries impaled on stick laid horizontally on top of glass

Large Mint sprig

 

Ingredients:

1.5 ounce Equinox

.5-1 ounce simple syrup to taste

VERY Large mint sprig smashed in your hand to release oils

1.5 ounces fresh lime juice

6 blueberries lightly muddled

 

Method:

Place muddled berries in glass

Shake gin, syrup, lime juice and large mint spring with ice; strain into glass

Pour 2-3 ounces club soda back into shaker (leave mint in shaker) and shake with ice to chill soda.

Remove crushed mint and add dirty ice to glass.

Strain soda into glass.

Stir gently and garnish with large mint stem and berries on stick over top of glass

 

 

EQUINOX GIMLET

A tall thin cocktail glass

1.5 ounce Equinox Gin

3/4 ounce each fresh lime juice and simple syrup

Glass garnish lime wheel

Put basil leaves in shaker, and then add with drink

 

DragonDance COOLER

1.5 ounce DragonDance Gin

A tall cocktail glass

Lime wedge squeezed and added

Fill with ice

Add club soda to one inch below rim

Garnish with mint or basil sprig

 

SUMMERTIDE COSMO

-shake and strain

Martini glass

1.5 ounce Summertide Gin

1 ounce Guava Juice

1/2 ounce orange simple syrup

A squeeze of fresh lime juice from the bottle

Cherry on skewer garnish

 

 

 

DragonDance  BLOODY MARY

Squeeze large lemon wedge into tall cocktail glass

1.5 ounce DragonDance Gin

3 ounces tomato juice

2 shakes celery salt

3 dashes Worcestershire sauce

1 grind each salt and pepper

Fill with ice, stir well

celery stick stir, basil leaf or thyme sprig garnish

 
GINGER MULE

1.5 ounce Solstice or Harvest Gin - guest choice

Muddled peach slice into 12 ounce wine glass

Fill 1/2 with ice

Orange twist

Pour ginger beer to top of ice and send remaining in bottle with drink

 

HERBAL REMEDY

1.5 ounce Equinox Gin

Need bar sugar for this so keep a ramekin of it at your station

Muddle mint, basil and thyme in 1/2 teaspoon sugar (nice sized sprig of each - be generous)

Shake muddled herbs with Equinox and ice

Pour into 12 ounce wine glass 1/4 filled with ice

Add club soda to 3/4 mark of glass and garnish with mint sprig

 

 

The REVIVALIST MARTINI

We recommend Equinox but Summertide and Harvest are lovely as well

 

2 ounces selected The Revivalist Gin

Vermouth (A home made true herbal vermouth is recommended)

 

RINSE glass with vermouth

Shake well with ice and pour into Martini glass

Garnish with 2 olives on stick, horizontal on top of glass
